Associate - Digital Transformation, Operations, and

**Role Overview**:
As an Associate in Digital Transformation & Insights, you will directly report to the Head of the Department and work closely with all divisions within our digital team. This includes areas such as analytics, operations, project management, product management, engineering, performance marketing, SEO, and others. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Support various divisions of the digital team by taking up crucial operational tasks, facilitating smoother project execution, and assisting with strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and solutions that drive measurable business outcomes, including but not limited to optimizing user experiences, improving customer engagement, and increasing revenue.
- Assist in the creation and management of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct research, perform data analysis, and generate insights to support our digital initiatives.
- Develop and prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute digital initiatives and drive business impact.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in digital analytics, project management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design, performance marketing, digital marketing, and backoffice platforming and automation is a plus.
- Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus.
