**Functional**:

- Experience working as a communication lead in transformation project is highly desirable
- Core communications skills - Strong creative writer, editing skills, with campaign planning exp.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly plan, deliver and track communications in complex global digital transformation environment, using modern communication tools.
- Ability to define communication that reaches target audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Strong digital fluency, can use various digital channels (e.g. SharePoint, Yammer, Teams Live Events) and a variety of storytelling techniques (e.g. video, podcasts, graphics, etc.)
- Digital skills: video editing, graphic designing, social media skills & tools, eg:Navitas, dotmailer.
- Agile project management expertise - Handles multiple initiatives against deadlines and solves complex problems in fast paced environment.
- Interpersonal influence, can form strong relationships at all levels to achieve positive outcomes
- Self-starter - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a matrix, global organization
- Existing knowledge of procurement operation / source to pay digital transformation
