Job Description: MIS Reporting Executive

**Location**: Koramangala, Bangalore

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, analyze, and generate accurate MIS reports on a regular basis.
- Perform data manipulation, cleansing, and formatting to meet reporting requirements.
- Utilize Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts, and formulas to create and automate reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data analysis.
- Maintain and update existing reporting dashboards and templates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data security and confidentiality standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle large datasets and complex reporting structures.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with additional data analysis tools or software (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
- Familiarity with automation techniques using macros or scripts in Excel.
