**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented **MIS Executive** to join our team and support the organization with regular data reporting, dashboard creation, and data integrity management. The MIS Executive will play a vital role in maintaining our business information systems, preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the availability of accurate, timely, and actionable data.

**Key Responsibilities:Data Reporting and Management**:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards related to student performance, admissions, sales, and business operations.
- Collate, validate, and format data from multiple sources including CRM, LMS, and ERP systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Maintain and update Excel trackers and automated reporting templates.

**Dashboard and Visualization**:

- Develop dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau to present KPIs for different departments.
- Prepare visual representations of data trends and insights for management decision-making.

**Operational Support**:

- Assist various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Academics) with their specific reporting requirements.
- Monitor key business metrics and provide alerts on performance gaps and anomalies.
- Maintain and manage databases for student enrollments, course completion, feedback, and certifications.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify recurring reporting challenges and implement automation or optimization to improve efficiency.
- Support in documentation of data management processes and reporting SOPs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, B.Tech ,Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in MIS, data management, or reporting roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), Google Sheets, and SQL basics.
- Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with EdTech or training/education industries.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or LMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of data analytics concepts.
