**Job Title: MIS Executive**

Paywize is a fintech platform offering seamless digital financial solutions including payouts, collections, BBPS, dynamic QR, and API-driven services. We are building scalable, secure, and transparent infrastructure for businesses to manage and automate their payment operations.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, generate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to:

- Automate reports and dashboards using Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query), Google Sheets, or BI tools like Power BI/Tableau.
- Track key business metrics (transaction volumes, success/failure rates, TATs, fees earned) and flag anomalies to respective teams.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to refine data pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide real-time and scheduled reports for internal teams (Sales, Support, Compliance) and external stakeholders (Banks, Auditors, Partners).
- Assist in audits by preparing necessary data and ensuring documentation readiness.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity across systems.
- Develop SOPs and documentation for reporting processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Commerce, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience as an MIS Executive, preferably in a fintech, banking, or financial services environment.
- Strong expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), SQL, and data handling.
- Knowledge of API-based data sources and reconciliation is a plus.
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is an advantage.
- Ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Proactive, with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of fintech products like payouts, collections, BBPS, and UPI is highly desirable.
