**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate various types of grinders such as **surface, cylindrical, centerless, and hand grinders**.
- Read and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions**.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet specified **tolerances and finish requirements** using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance on grinding machines and replace worn tools as needed.
- Monitor the grinding process and make necessary adjustments for speed, feed, and depth.
- Ensure **adherence to safety protocols** and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Report **defects, equipment malfunctions**, or quality issues to supervisors.
- Record production data and maintain logs as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a grinder or in a similar role in **metal fabrication or machining**.
- Familiarity with **grinding tools, machines, and safety procedures**.
- Ability to read **mechanical drawings** and use precision measuring instruments.
- Physically fit - must be able to **lift heavy parts**, stand for long periods, and wear PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die or equivalent preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **CNC grinding** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **machine maintenance and troubleshooting**.
- Basic understanding of **quality control processes**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
