Manage the daily project activities of the field
- Coordinate and collaborate with Gram panchayat, Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad
- Liaoning with Local Authorities like the Secretary or Sarpanch.
- Planning of various Skill development courses, Livelihood generation, Vocational, Paramedical and Agricultural courses.
- Able to facilitate the work of the local team on various levels.
- Summaries, Evaluate, and update regularly the programs (Evaluation of work carrier out by internal staff, and active local partners) in accordance with the established planning schedules.
- Be the driving force behind the improvement of existing programs and the general running and management of the base.
- Contribute to pas and future programs of the base
- Maintain regular contact with the local partners, Gram Panchayat, MSRLM, MAVIM etc.
- Supervise and operate logistics daily and maintain the report.
- Analyze how the situation develops; liaise with other organization on the aspects and with the general coordinator, to determine any change to the plan and security levels.
- Ensure visitors receive a proper information and context briefing
- Provide the general feedback and monthly report in writing and maintain the evaluation.
- Recruit, brief, supervise and perform evaluations of the local staff/ trainers when needed/ requested.
- Monitor the daily running of the operations in the block.
- Contribute the communication/ advocacy initiative when requested through among other writing articles, case studies, videography, photo title, monthly activity reports project proposal, etc.
- Submit the original bills/vouchers/requisition letters, quotations, offer letters, approval letters, work orders, tender letters, expressions of interest, etc to the office every month.
- Research, mobilize, monitor and evaluation the program as and when needed, working with the coordination team.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
