**Farm Supervisor JD**

1. **Daily Operations Oversight**: Supervising day-to-day activities on the farm, including crop cultivation, livestock care, and maintenance of farm facilities.

2. **Staff Supervision**: Directing and supervising farm workers or labourers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.

3. **Task Assignment**: Assigning specific duties and tasks to farm workers based on their skills and expertise, ensuring that all necessary work is completed in a timely manner.

4. **Training and Development**: Providing training and guidance to farm workers on proper farming techniques, equipment operation, safety procedures, and other relevant topics.

5. **Crop and Livestock Management**: Assisting with crop planning, planting, harvesting, and post-harvest activities as needed. Monitoring livestock health and well-being, including feeding, watering, and administering medications or treatments as directed.

6. **Equipment Maintenance**: Assisting with the maintenance and repair of farm equipment and machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and performing minor repairs as needed.

7. **Inventory Management**: Monitoring inventory levels of feed, seed, fertilizer, and other supplies, and coordinating with farm managers to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

8. **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of farm activities, including crop yields, livestock inventory, equipment maintenance, and other relevant information.

9. **Safety Compliance**: Ensuring that all farm workers adhere to safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.

10. **Quality Control**: Monitoring the quality of farm products, including crops and livestock, and implementing quality control measures to ensure that products meet established standards.

11. **Communication**: Liaising with farm managers, other supervisors, and farm workers to coordinate activities, address issues or concerns, and provide updates on farm operations.

12. **Problem Solving**: Identifying and resolving problems or challenges that arise during farm operations, such as equipment malfunctions, pest infestations, or adverse weather conditions.

13. **Environmental Stewardship**: Implementing sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact, conserve natural resources, and promote soil health and biodiversity.

14. **Community Relations**: Interacting with neighbour’s, community members, and local authorities in a positive and respectful manner, representing the farm in a favourable light and addressing any concerns or complaints.

15. **Adherence to Regulations**: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing agricultural operations, including food safety, labour, environmental protection, and animal welfare.

Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience salary as per company norms

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
