*Key Responsibilities:*
- **Animal Care**:*
- Ensure the health and welfare of all livestock by monitoring their conditions, feeding, and providing necessary veterinary care.
- Implement and maintain health and nutrition programs for the animals.
- **Fodder Cultivation and Farming**:*
- Plan, implement, and manage fodder cultivation to ensure a consistent and nutritious food supply for the livestock.
- Oversee farming activities related to fodder production, including planting, harvesting, and managing soil health.
- Collaborate with agricultural experts to adopt sustainable farming practices.
- **Staff Management**:*
- Supervise and train Goshala staff, ensuring they follow protocols for animal care and safety.
- Schedule and manage daily tasks for the team, including farming and animal care duties.
- **Facility Management**:*
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the Goshala facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
- Manage supplies and equipment necessary for daily operations and farming activities.
- **Record Keeping**:*
- Maintain detailed records of animal health, feeding schedules, fodder production, and staff activities.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Goshala Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
