**Urgent opening for Farm Supervisor**

**Position**: Farm Supervisor

**Location**: Othimalai, Near Annur, Coimbatore

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Farm Operations & Crop Management**
- Oversee **planting, cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting** of banana crops.
- Monitor **soil conditions, fertilization schedules, and pest/disease control** to ensure healthy crop growth.
- Implement and supervise **best agricultural practices** to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
- Ensure proper **crop rotation and land preparation** for sustainable farming.

**2. Team Leadership & Labor Management**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of **farm laborers, equipment operators, and field workers**.
- Train workers on proper **planting, pruning, irrigation, and harvesting techniques**.
- Ensure **safety protocols** are followed and enforce company policies on labor management.
- Plan and manage **work schedules** to maximize efficiency and productivity.

**3. Equipment & Infrastructure Maintenance**
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of **farm equipment, irrigation systems, and tools**.
- Ensure **farm machinery and storage facilities** are well-maintained and functioning properly.
- Arrange for **repairs and servicing** of equipment as needed.

**4. Quality Control & Yield Optimization**
- Monitor **banana growth cycles** and ensure harvesting at optimal maturity for maximum yield.
- Maintain strict quality control standards to meet **market/export requirements**.
- Keep records of **production data, pest infestations, and weather conditions** to improve future yields.

**5. Inventory & Supply Chain Management**
- Maintain **stock of seeds, fertilizers, chemicals, and farm tools**.
- Coordinate with **vendors and suppliers** for timely procurement of farm inputs.
- Work closely with the **sales/marketing team** to ensure efficient distribution of harvested bananas.

**6. Compliance & Environmental Responsibility**
- Ensure compliance with **local agricultural laws, labor regulations, and environmental policies**.
- Promote **sustainable farming techniques** and soil conservation practices.
- Maintain **proper documentation** for audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance

- Must have Good communication skills with system knowledge
- Age limit upto 35
