**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information about products/services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and sales leads.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing set goals and targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
