**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases using Tally software.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as generating invoices, managing payments, and reconciling accounts using Tally.
- Provide product information and answer customer questions to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and accounting teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is required.
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
