Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).

**No. of Years of Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Customer Interaction:_

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as needed.
- _Client Relationship Management:_

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
- _Administrative Tasks:_

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and

transactions.

High level of attention to detail.
- _Product Knowledge:_

Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Provide clients with information on new products and services.

Assist clients with product selection and usage.
- _Team Collaboration:_

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve client

issues.

Share customer feedback and insights with the team to improve service

quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Participate in regular training and development programs to stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and industry developments.
- _Adaptability: _Continuously seek ways to improve processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
