Job Description:
LDT Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Inside Sales Executive to join

effective lead generation, cold calling, pre-sales, and sales activities. If you are passionate

about technology sales and have a proven track record in achieving targets, we’d love to hear

from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels to

build a strong sales pipeline.
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce our IT

solutions, understand their needs, and set up meetings.
- Pre-Sales/Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to provide

technical insights, prepare proposals, and support client interactions.
- Revenue Generation: Drive sales activities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market

demands to identify new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT inside sales, lead

generation, or a similar role.
- Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle cold calls and convert leads into sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in selling IT solutions, software, or technology services.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software.

Immediate joiner

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
