**Position Summary**

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic **Front of House Staff** to join our team. As a Front of House team member, you will be the face of our café/restaurant, welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a great customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

**Responsibilities**
- **Greeting & Seating**: Welcome customers warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and manage wait times as needed.
- **Order Taking**: Accurately take orders, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials.
- **Serving**: Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring that each item meets presentation and quality standards.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers, gather feedback, and respond to any requests or complaints in a positive manner.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- **Table Maintenance**: Ensure that tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and organized; reset tables after customers leave.
- **Cleanliness & Safety**: Follow health and safety regulations, assist with cleaning duties, and keep the front-of-house area neat and orderly.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff, other team members, and management to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on menu items, daily specials, and any promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a customer service or front-of-house role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with diverse customers.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Benefits**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
