- eDiscovery to advance mailbox search.
- Basic knowledge on Azure information protection.

- Basic knowledge on various antispam and mail flow.
- Basic knowledge on Autodiscover, SPF, DKIM, public DNS management.
- Knowledge on other Office 365 options like conditional access policies, Application SSO etc.
- Managing our Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint
Online, Teams and host of other products provided by Microsoft.

- Monitor the service health and performance of Office 365 and all its products and take proactive
measures to prevent or mitigate issues.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with company policies.

- Perform regular backups of data and systems and develop and test disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations.
- Conduct research and make recommendations on new products and solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
