
Outbound Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up with leads regularly.
- Update lead information, activity logs, and status reports using CRM tools.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a high closing ratio.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, etc.) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 1-2 years of outbound sales or business development experience in a service-based IT company.
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow in a sales role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
