- Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
- Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and new launches online.
- Respond to customer inquiries, order issues, and coordinate returns/refunds.
- Track online sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaborate with warehouse team for order dispatch and inventory sync.
- Monitor competitor pricing and industry trends to suggest improvements.
