**Job Summary**:
The Ecommerce Listing Executive is responsible for managing product listings on ecommerce platforms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and visual appeal. This role includes creating and uploading product descriptions, optimizing listings for search visibility, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain up-to-date inventory and pricing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing Management**:

- Create, update, and maintain product listings on ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
- Write and edit product titles, descriptions, and specifications.
- Ensure high-quality images and accurate product details are uploaded.
- **SEO Optimization**:

- Optimize product listings for search visibility using relevant keywords.
- Implement best practices for improving product ranking and discoverability.
- **Inventory and Pricing Updates**:

- Monitor and update stock levels to ensure accurate inventory status.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams for timely replenishment.
- Update product pricing as per company policies and market trends.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular audits to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and consistent.
- Correct any errors in descriptions, categories, or pricing promptly.

5 **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze listing performance metrics (clicks, impressions, conversion rates).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and customer experience.

**6. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to gather necessary information and assets.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product details and content.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
- Familiarity with listing tools and software is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, for data management.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written communication for product descriptions.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy and completeness of listings.
- Product ranking and visibility on ecommerce platforms.
- Turnaround time for creating and updating listings.
- Number of errors or violations reported by platforms.
