Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing online sales channels, analyzing sales data, handling account management, orders SLA checking, 3PL warehouse management and developing effective sales strategies. Additional day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales team, managing product listings, and ensuring the customer experience is optimized.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Sales
  • Experience in Sales Management and Team Management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years Experience in the e-commerce industry
