We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team at BOXOPACK, a leading manufacturer of corrugated carton boxes in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our production facility, including corrugators, cutters, folders, and gluers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain various machines in the production facility, including:

- Corrugators
- Cutters
- Folders
- Gluers
- Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements
- Load and unload materials onto machines
- Monitor and control machine performance to ensure high-quality output
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent machine breakdowns
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with other production team members to meet production targets
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience as a Machine Operator in a corrugated carton box manufacturing plant
- Strong knowledge of corrugated carton box manufacturing processes and machines
- Ability to read and follow production schedules and instructions
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering) is a plus
