Incoming Material Inspection

• Inspect and verify all incoming packaging materials (e.g., cartons, labels, films, containers, bottles, caps, etc.) against approved specifications and quality standards.
• Check supplier documentation such as COA (Certificate of Analysis) and test reports.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming materials, and report to the Quality Assurance or Procurement team.
• In-Process Quality Checks
• Conduct regular line inspections during packaging operations to ensure compliance with GMP and company quality standards.
• Verify that the correct packaging components and batch details are used on the line.
• Check parameters such as sealing strength, print quality, labeling accuracy, fill level, barcodes, and overall product presentation.
• Monitor line clearance and hygiene before starting new batches.
• Finished Product Inspection
• Inspect finished packed goods for defects, labeling errors, or packaging damages before release.
• Perform random sampling and maintain records of inspection results.
• Ensure packaging meets customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain inspection records, QC checklists, and deviation reports accurately.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and communicate non-conformance to relevant departments.
• Assist in preparing Quality Control documentation for audits.
• Audit coordination ISO BRC audit.
• Equipment Handling and Calibration
• Ensure measuring and testing instruments (e.g., leak testers, micrometers, weighing scales) are calibrated and in good condition.
• Report any equipment malfunction to the maintenance or QA department
