Role & responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and managing stock control to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Staff Supervision: Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse employees, managing their schedules, and motivating them to achieve efficiency and meet goals.
• Operations Management: Managing the flow of goods, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching products efficiently and accurately.
• Space Optimization: Planning and implementing warehouse layouts and designs to maximize the use of storage space and resources.
• Safety and Maintenance: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting regular equipment inspections, and ensuring the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Logistics Coordination: Communicating with drivers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate documentation of warehouse activities, inventory, and shipments.
