**Job Title: Student Counsellor - Digital Marketing Institute**

**Location**: G-32, Ground Floor, Westend Mall, Janakpuri West, New Delhi
**Work Type**: Full-time (Work from Office)
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding course offerings, career prospects, and training pathways in digital marketing.
- Follow up on inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions.
- Help with the admission process, including registration, payments, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and webinars as a representative of Icodma.
- Achieve monthly enrolment targets through effective communication and counselling.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education is preferred.
- Confidence in dealing with students and working professionals.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus (training will be provided if needed).
