**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic **Education Counsellor** to guide students and/or professionals in choosing the right educational path and enrolling in our courses. You will play a key role in helping prospective learners understand the value of our programs and assist them through the admission or onboarding process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counselling & Guidance**:

- Interact with potential learners (via phone, chat, video call, or in-person) to understand their educational goals and career aspirations.
- Recommend suitable courses/programs based on their background, needs, and preferences.
- **Sales & Conversion**:

- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrolled students.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- **CRM & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and status updates using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Provide timely reports and feedback to the team and management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, product, and academic teams to align on student expectations and feedback.
- Stay updated on course offerings, admission policies, pricing, and discounts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in counselling, inside sales, or student advisory roles (preferably in EdTech).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

**Good to Have**:

- Knowledge of the education sector (K-12, test prep, or professional upskilling).
- Familiarity with EdTech platforms and tools.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,338.00 - ₹37,291.51 per month
