We are trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX and other specializations. Our learning pedagogy involves Hands-on activities, Live projects, Gamified teaching methods and curriculums designed by our learning experience design team under the guidance of experts from the industry such as Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Byjus, Thoughtworks and alumni from NIDs and IITs. Our 20K + Community consists of students and professionals from various backgrounds such as Product Design, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, HR, Sales, Retail who want to move to more creative career paths. With a vision to "Democratize Design Education", we are focused on creating the Next Million Designers and help them become better problem solvers. **Responsibilities** 1.Plan and lead UX design activities, from initial requirements to research, analysis, documentation, wire-framing, and usability testing. 2.Design unique learning experiences and concepts around Immersive Media like AR, VR. 3.Inform and participate in product decisions from definition to launch (and after), working at both a strategic and tactical level. 4.Mentor, inspire and support junior members of the team 5.Follow and Improve the Design Systems and Processes 6.Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies and share your knowledge with team members 7.Collaborate efficiently with Product Managers, the Marketing team, and the Leadership team. 8.Participate in outreach to the company by teaching, telling stories, and creating experiences. 9.Push the envelope every day to innovate for the better. **Skill Required** 1.1-3 years of relevant industry experience in designing Immersive Experiences around Digital Mobile/Web Applications, AR/VR or Conversational UX Design 2.Understanding of Design Process and Prototyping capabilities. 3.Well-versed in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma to create top-notch products and deliverables. Experience delivering detailed concepts and prototypes 4.A deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process (personas, scenarios, wireframing, and high fidelity visuals).
