**Work Time**: **5.30 PM - 2.30 AM IST (US Shift)**
**Work Day / Hours**: 5 days week - 45 hours a week (This is an office job. WFH on some days may be possible as per shift timing)
**Compensation**: Rs.18,000 to 35,000 per month
**Role type**: Permanent/Full time

**About Role**:
**Must Have**:

- **Excellent English communication skills - Both verbal and written**:

- **Willing to work in US shift (5.30pm to 2.30am) - work from office**:

- **Looking for long-term association therefore must be ready for 18 months of commitment period with the company**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
