Duties & responsibilities of a CRM Intern are:
- 1. Handling, Implementing & Maintaining the software.
2. Training employees, managing your team, and getting your entire team on the same page to give every customer an excellent
and satisfying experience.
3. Updating the accounts & contacts in contacts in a CRM system.
4. Coordinating Meetings.
5. Coordinating with sales & Marketing team.
6. Supervising customer service representatives.
7. Monitoring customer relation strategies and recommending strategy improvement.
8. Getting in touch with the VIP clients or potential Customers.
9. Refining Existing workflows and strategies.

10. Managing the Customer & the process behind managing those relationship.
11. Handling Complex situations and helping the team to strategies new opportunities.
12. Creating & optimizing call scripts, training your team to use them and coming up with the ways to handle calls that don’t fit
within the script.
13. Check the buying behavior & previous interaction and Market trends to make decisions to push your sales, Marketing, &
customer support efforts to next level to meet your customers where they are.
14. Creating companies policies & procedures, ongoing training and continuous analysis of customer behavior on different social
media platform
15. Ensure your customers are happy & satisfied, your team is working well & your CRM system is up to date.
