**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively generate and convert leads for real estate projects.
- Conduct site visits with prospective clients to showcase properties.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends and company offerings.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduation or above (mandatory).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in sales or a related field (experience in real estate is an advantage).
- **Language**: Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
