Job Description: Sales and Marketing(Fresher)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing(Fresher) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in sales, Marketing and client relationship management in a professional setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with potential clients to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Support in preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends and proactively propose new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.
- Provide feedback and actionable insights to improve products and services.
- Contribute to team efforts in meeting sales and growth targets.

**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: No prior work experience required. Internship experience is a plus.

**Skills**:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct research and analyze market data effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a bonus.
A proactive, results-driven mindset and willingness to learn.
