**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Outreach**: Conduct outbound calls to potential B2C clients in international markets, promoting and selling products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business leads through research and outreach efforts in international markets.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers effectively, establishing strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Conversion**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting potential leads into actual customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with product offerings and be prepared to answer all customer queries regarding the services/products.
- **Market Research**: Understand the dynamics of international markets and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- **CRM Management**: Log all customer interactions, sales activities, and updates in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and after-sales support.
- **Report Generation**: Provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback to management.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in sales, travel sales, flight booking, specifically in the international B2C market.
- **BPO Voice Process Experience**: Previous experience in a BPO/Call Center with a focus on sales is mandatory.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to effectively engage international clients.
- **Sales Target Orientation**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- **Customer-Focused**: Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers while understanding their needs.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues to enhance client satisfaction.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Salary and Benefits**:
