**Office Administrative work**
- Issuance of PO of outsource vendors, other vendors,
- Processing and verifying invoices related to admin department
- Domestic Travel tickets & Travel Insurance Policies
- Visa Process for cadre
- Keeping details for AMC Contracts
- Maintain Insurance master for various company's policy
- Office maintenance and required repairing and service follow-ups
- Informing monthly expenditures to outside country offices
- Managing Mobile & Internet Bills for issuance and payments
- Printing of Visiting Card, Letter head, Envelopes as per requirement
- Arranging Conference for meetings
- **Director’s Assignments**
- Credit card payment processes & reimbursements of Director
Arranging various Policies associated with Director
Experience Required : Minimum 2 years.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
