**Job Summary**:
The Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering effective classroom instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the holistic development of students in primary grades (Std. 1-5). The teacher should plan and implement engaging lessons that promote curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity among students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
- Assess students’ performance through classwork, assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods.
- Maintain accurate student records including attendance, progress reports, and academic performance.
- Encourage good behavior, discipline, and respect among students in accordance with school policies.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary activities and projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed. / D.Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
- Prior teaching experience in a primary school preferred.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching young learners.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital teaching tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
