**Job Summary**:
The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2.5 to 6 years. The role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in young learners, laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s early childhood curriculum.
- Foster a warm, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Use play-based and inquiry-driven teaching methods to support developmental milestones.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting learning and providing feedback to parents.
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, written reports, and informal conversations.
- Organize and participate in school events, parent meetings, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, co-teachers, and other staff to support student learning.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Prior experience (1-3 years) in a pre-primary or nursery setting preferred.
- Fluency in English (and other languages, if required).
- Basic computer literacy for digital communication and lesson planning.
