**Responsibilities**:

- **Room Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
- Ensure that all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, stains, and debris.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items in guest rooms to the appropriate department.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Stock and replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
- Maintain a neat and organized housekeeping cart or trolley with all necessary supplies.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Adhere to hotel standards and procedures for cleanliness and room presentation.
- Perform thorough inspections of rooms to ensure they meet quality standards before guest arrival.
- Address any guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Safety and Security**:

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any safety hazards, suspicious activities, or security breaches to management immediately.
- **Teamwork and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff members and departments to ensure efficient operation and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding room status, special requests, and any issues that may arise.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a room attendant or housekeeper preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,358.14 - ₹20,265.06 per month
