Job Role: Telecaller / Sales Executive in an Overseas Education Consulting Company
**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to generate leads and inquiries.
- Provide information about study abroad programs, services offered, and consultancy benefits.
- Convert leads into appointments or consultations for educational counselors.
2. Client Interaction and Follow-Up:
- Build rapport with potential clients, address their queries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and update client interactions regularly.
3. Sales and Enrollment:
- Pitch consultancy services and educational programs to prospective clients.
- Explain service packages, fees, and payment plans to interested clients.
- Close sales deals and enroll students in consultancy services or educational programs.
4. Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the enrollment process.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
5. Reporting and Data Management:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, leads generated, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, assess performance, and optimize sales strategies.
Skills Required:
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to engage with prospective clients and convey information persuasively.
- Sales Skills: Ability to pitch services, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Customer Service Orientation: Focus on providing excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships.
