**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound & Inbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company’s products/services.
- Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide customers with relevant information.
- **Customer Engagement & Relationship Management**:

- Build rapport with customers through effective communication and maintain strong relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Sales & Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through telecalling.
- Convert leads into customers by providing appropriate information and encouraging sales.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Report on daily call activities, results, and lead conversions to the management team.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, lead generation, or sales conversions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Good listening skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
