**Social Media Executive at Agatsu**:
Agatsu is looking for a full-time Social Media Executive. We are trying to build a community as we believe that human connection is key to fostering our hope and dream of Agatsu. This means that our communication strategy and content is very important. We’re looking for someone who can write, draw/design, strategise and conduct everything required to run our social media channels. We are also looking to expand the role into a more research-oriented capacity, and are therefore looking for someone who can curate content for social interventions in the near future. It’s crucial that you are passionate and curious about our cause.
- Designation-_ Social Media Executive
- Reports to the CEO, Agatsu Foundation_
- Work hours:_ 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
- Salary:_ Rs. 40,000- Rs. 45,000 | Probation: 6 months |
- Eligibility_ - Must be a resident of Mumbai, with over 2 years of experience in Social Media/Content-development
- Start Date_ - Immediately
- Key responsibilities:_
- Creating a digital marketing and communication strategy
- Strategizing Agatsu’s marketing and communication campaigns
- Working with each department for their marketing and communication needs
- Design, build, maintain our social media presence and come up with campaigns targeted towards growing the reach of our organisation across various platforms
- Develop communication campaigns to raise awareness and plan, prepare and distribute original content (promotional and otherwise) through various channels to target demographics/communities.
- Writing copy and captions for Agatsu’s digital marketing and communication
- Creating graphics, taking photos and editing videos for Agatsu’s digital marketing and communication
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for illustrations, brochures, collaborations and all communication materials
- Ideate and curate content for social interventions

- Skills:_
- 2 years of social media/creative experience
- Microsoft Office
- Canva
- Creative Writing experience
- Design Thinking
- Procreate App/ Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Fluency in English and Hindi (fluency in other languages is appreciated, especially Marathi)
- Eligibility:_
- Available for a full-time in office position in Mumbai
- Available to start work immediately
