Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales and presence. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online revenue growth, managing our e-commerce platform, and optimizing the customer shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor website performance metrics and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and success of e-commerce initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic to the website and increase conversion rates.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners involved in e-commerce operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce, including data privacy and consumer protection laws.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to optimize the online shopping experience and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 per month
