**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Marketing**:

- Promote and sell seeds, pesticides, and other agricultural products.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the designated territory.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the management.
- **Product Demonstrations & Training**:

- Conduct on-field demonstrations and trials for seeds and pesticides.
- Educate farmers on the benefits, proper usage, and safety measures for the products.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to the sales manager.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to sales and product usage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
