- Position: Sales Representative
- Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging presentations showcasing our wide range of decoration services, including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, and private parties.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups with potential clients to build strong relationships and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Close deals by understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating agreements that exceed expectations.
- Proactively work on customer retention strategies to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Requirements:

- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
