InspectHOA is a California-based property technology startup building next-generation technology for Homeowner Associations (HOAs). The real estate space is undergoing a once-in-a-lifetime transformation, and HOAs will not be left behind. There is a huge opportunity for improvement in efficiency and transparency. Today, our technology is used by some of the largest prop-tech companies in the space.

Our ultimate goal is to become the operating system that sits on top of all market players (buyers, owners, lenders, title companies, lawyers, investors, and more) that have to interact with HOAs.

We have spent the last 12-18 months developing our product and fine-tuning it to find a strong product-market fit. We have proven there is a significant demand for our services and have secured a solid capital investment from leading venture capitalists and angels from California.

Our team is fully remote and based in the US, EU, and India.

What will you do?
- Train associates on product and process as and when there are NHT (New Hire Training) batches.
- Complete process training with a minimum average score of 75%.
- Deliver training requirements timely and qualitatively.
- Monitor, coach and train on process.
- Conduct Gap & Training Need Analysis within assigned processes and conduct refresher training as required.
- Review and recommend improvement of training content.
- Work closely with Operations and Quality Team, design action plans to plug areas of opportunity.
- Demonstrating innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training.
- Managing retention during training.
- Should be able to drive key performance metrics related to training.
- Adherence to training guidelines and documents.
- Conduct refresher training based on the feedback received from Quality/ Operations.

We are looking for:

- Should have prior experience/ knowledge in market research.
- Should be currently designated as Process Trainer in the current organization.
- Should have prior operational process experience.
- Must have excellent presentation and content delivery skills.
- Excellent communication and good analytical skills.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 3-5 years

**Salary**: upto 30K per month

Location: Work from home

Shift availability: Evening shift (6:30pm-3:30am)
