**Overview**:
The Resourcing Administrator will join the SEA Talent team at L.E.K., primarily supporting our Mumbai & Singapore offices.
The role is based in Mumbai and reports to the Allocations Manager, SEA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside Resourcing team to maintain the staffing allocation in SAP systems
- Responsible for tracking variances between SAP and resourcing reporting
- Support the wider Talent function with resourcing related activities, tracking headcount changes, starters/leavers/movers
- Support onboarding of new joiners, introducing them to Resourcing processes and ensuring data on their skills is kept up to date
- Develop strong relationships with the finance function and the wider resourcing community (Global) facilitating sharing resources across regions and sectors where appropriate
- Support the Resourcing team with improvement initiatives
- Produce relevant resourcing reports on a regular basis (12-weeks forward looking, staff utilization, project margins etc.) from SAP systems

**Requirements**:

- An undergraduate degree, with an accomplished academic record, from a top accredited college/university
- Experience working in an administrative capacity, comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment
- Experience in SAP/ any allocation systems is an added advantage but not mandatory
- Strong organization and time management skills
- A strong team player, able to prioritize their workload during busy periods
- Flexibility and tenacity
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
- Computer literate, comfortable with data entry and reporting
- Fluent in English
