**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Site Supervision & Execution**
- Oversee the execution of bathroom interior projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with project blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Supervise the installation of tiles, sanitaryware, plumbing fixtures, and other bathroom accessories.
- Manage site labor and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.

**2. Quality Assurance & Compliance**
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Ensure that all installations adhere to industry best practices and safety regulations.
- Monitor the use of materials to prevent wastage and maintain cost efficiency.

**3. Coordination & Communication**
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to align execution with the design vision.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Address client concerns and provide on-site solutions as needed.

**4. Safety & Documentation**
- Enforce safety protocols on-site to prevent accidents.
- Maintain detailed project reports, including work progress, material usage, and site challenges.
- Document any changes or modifications in project execution.

**5. Budget & Timeline Management**
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of bathroom installations.
- Work within allocated budgets while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any on-site challenges that may cause delays.

**Key Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:
**B.Tech in Civil Engineering** (mandatory)
**Minimum 3 years of experience** in interior site supervision

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
