**Job Title**: Bidder (Upwork) - IT Lead Generation
**Location**: Mohali, Punjab

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Bidder (Upwork) to join our team and assist in generating quality leads for IT services. This role will focus on researching, bidding, and developing new business opportunities on the Upwork platform, particularly in the IT sector. You will play a critical role in increasing the company’s online presence and driving revenue through targeted lead generation and proposal submissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, generate, and qualify potential IT leads through the Upwork platform.
- Analyze client requirements and create tailored, persuasive proposals to win projects.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing solutions that meet their IT-related needs.
- Keep up with industry trends, technology advancements, and competitors to craft effective bidding strategies.
- Negotiate project terms, prices, and scope of work with clients.
- Maintain a high success rate of winning proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal capabilities.
- Manage and track bid progress, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to inquiries.
- Assist in the development of new marketing strategies for lead generation and outreach.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor the Upwork platform for new opportunities and ensure the account is always active and up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with Upwork or other freelancing platforms, particularly in bidding and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, web development, app development, and related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling and client-specific proposals.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions.
- Familiarity with tools for lead generation and project management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,011.75 - ₹43,341.22 per month
