**Sample Collection and Preparation**: Collect patient samples such as blood, urine, tissue, or other bodily fluids, and ensure proper labeling and storage. Prepare specimens for analysis.

**Laboratory Testing**: Conduct a wide range of diagnostic tests using automated equipment, manual techniques, and specialized instruments. These tests may include blood counts, chemistry panels, microbiological cultures, and more.

**Quality Control**: Maintain quality control and quality assurance standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results. Troubleshoot and address issues with equipment or processes.

**Data Analysis**: Analyze test results, interpret findings, and report abnormal or critical values to healthcare providers. Maintain accurate records of test data and patient information.

**Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure its accuracy and functionality. Identify and report equipment malfunctions.

**Safety Protocols**: Adhere to safety protocols, including the handling of hazardous materials and infectious specimens. Ensure a clean and sterile work environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Diploma (preferred)
