
Influencer Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**: The Influencer Manager is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, reach target audiences, and drive engagement. This role involves identifying, establishing relationships with, and managing partnerships with influencers and content creators across various platforms. The Influencer Manager collaborates closely with marketing, social media, and public relations teams to create compelling influencer campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Influencer Strategy Development: Research and identify suitable influencers and content creators who align with the brand's values, target audience, and marketing goals. Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
2) Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators, negotiating contracts and agreements that benefit both parties. Monitor and manage influencer relationships, ensuring consistent communication, timely deliverables, and compliance with brand guidelines.
3) Campaign Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative influencer campaigns and content that align with marketing objectives. Coordinate logistics, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution of influencer campaigns and activations.
4) Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics and tools. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, engagement rates, reach, and other key performance indicators to measure ROI and optimize future campaigns.
5) Content Creation and Brand Advocacy: Work closely with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content that resonates with their audience while staying true to the brand's messaging and values. Encourage influencers to become brand advocates, promoting the brand organically across their platforms.
6) Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and influencer marketing best practices. Identify new opportunities for collaboration and partnership with emerging influencers or platforms.
7) Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensure influencer partnerships adhere to relevant advertising and disclosure guidelines, including FTC regulations. Maintain compliance with legal requirements, contracts, and agreements.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or talent management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Creative mindset and ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations in influencer marketing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
