Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage Nano, Micro, and mid-tier influencers across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle niches
- Negotiate collaboration terms and manage influencer relationships end-to-end
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns across platforms like Instagram and YouTube
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROI
- Inspire creative storytelling that resonates—emphasize how XLNC makes luxury affordable and weather-friendly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or brand collaboration roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Deep interest in social media trends, storytelling, and fragrance or lifestyle industries
- Ability to multitask, collaborate cross-functionally, and work with agile timelines
