With bold moves and rapid growth, Sudathi is reshaping affordable ethnic fashion.We’re now looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to amplify our brand story through impactful creator collaborations.Job DescriptionAs an Influencer Marketing Executive at Sudathi, you’ll build and lead creator partnerships that drive reach, engagement, and sales. From identifying the right influencers to managing campaigns end-to-end, you’ll craft strategies that amplify our brand voice, fuel festive moments, and connect Sudathi with millions of shoppers across India.Key Responsibilities- Strategize, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms.- Build a strong influencer network—from micro creators to celebrities.- Identify and onboard influencers that align with Sudathi’s voice and brand positioning.- Manage campaign briefs, contracts, deliverables, and timelines.- Track performance through engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI metrics.- Lead festive and trend-driven campaigns to drive traffic, visibility, and sales.- Collaborate with content, performance, and design teams for end-to-end execution.What We’re Looking For- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or creator management.- Strong understanding of social media and influencer ecosystem in India.- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and execution skills.- Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive insights.- Fashion / D2C experience is a plus.What We’re Looking For- Be part of a high-growth D2C brand with national visibility.- Work on campaigns that shape trends and festivals across India.- Ownership-first culture with creative freedom.- Opportunity to work directly with the founding team.Please Note: This is a remote role from our Surat HQ. Applicants must either reside in Surat or be willing to relocate.
