**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Financial Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

2. **Cost Accounting**: Oversee cost accounting activities, including analyzing manufacturing costs, monitoring inventory levels, and calculating product costs.

3. **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations, including revenue projections, expense budgets, and capital expenditure plans.

4. **Variance Analysis**: Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budgeted and forecasted results, identifying areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

5. **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory accounting processes, including inventory valuation, reconciliation, and reporting.

6. **Month-End and Year-End Close**: Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial reporting tasks.

7. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards, staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations that may impact manufacturing operations.

8. **Financial Analysis**: Provide financial analysis and support to manufacturing management, assisting in decision-making processes related to cost reduction initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.

9. **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the accounting function and across manufacturing operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including cost accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in accounting software e.g., Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
